Rose Isle is east of Mills Avenue within the southern portion of the Orwin Manor neighborhood. Rose Isle is generally bound by Lake Estelle, Lake Sue and Lake Rowena. The western portion of Rose Isle is located within the Orlando city limits and the eastern portion is located within unincorporated Orange County.
