Delaney Park and Lancaster Park are located just south of downtown Orlando. Similar to College Park they are Orlando’s tribute to the past… Brick paved streets are lined with homes that feature classic architecture, unique character, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Delaney Park and Lancaster Park were fully established neighborhoods in the 1950’s although some homes were built in the 20s and 30s during its early development. Many of the older homes have been extensively renovated to bring in the luxuries of today while maintaining the charm of yesteryear.

Al Coith Park and Delaney Park are two very popular parks in this community. Play tennis, watch your children play little league games or just enjoy the park grounds with your family and friends.
