Located in Southeast Orlando, Lake Nona is targeted to be the center for Biotechnology research in the area. Its “medical city” is anchored by UCF Medical School, The Burnham Institute for Medical Research, Nemours Children and VA Hospitals. The community is situated between Lakes Nona, Hart and Mary Jane, with over 20 beautiful communities offering condos, townhomes, and single family and luxury homes.
