Audubon Park, located east of Downtown Orlando, is a well-established traditional residential neighborhood. Once home to many of the Navy personnel who worked at the Naval Training Base nearby, the area has had a rebirth since it has been discovered by young professionals looking for a convenient, but more affordable alternative to Baldwin Park or Winter Park. Many of the older homes have been renovated making the area a wonderful mix of all age groups.

Audubon Park Elementary School is situated right in the middle of the neighborhood and shops and businesses are prevalent along the outskirts of the community. Audubon Park is situated close to a large retail hub of shopping on East Colonial Drive.
