Missy’s mother, Barbara Sutton, founded Sutton & Sutton in 1975, and Missy joined the family business in 1979 after returning to Florida following graduation from Auburn University and attending graduate school at UAB. She obtained her Broker’s license in 1983. Her sister, Dusty, acquired the company upon Barbara’s retirement. Working non-stop in the business for 20 years, she was a top producer in College Park of listings and sales in the 90’s prior to taking a leave to raise her two children. She kept her license active, purchasing and managing two small commercial buildings in Downtown College Park. She recently decided to return full-time to sales, after giving up the space for her retail shop, Chloe’s Collection, to one of her tenants.
Born and raised in College Park, she has owned and remodeled 10 homes in the College Park and downtown areas, along with a lakefront on the Conway chain of lakes, so she knows the “close-in” areas well. Being a third generation Floridian, and a native of Orlando, she is rare among our residents with her expertise of the area!
